Join a Chicago Union player to hone your skills in a personalized setting with a private lesson! One on one coaching sessions can range from beginner to advanced, and are tailored to the player's existing skill set.
This 90 minute session will consist of a dynamic warm up and strengthening, an evaluation section where the player will be asked to complete some drills, and then a section to focus on specific skills that need improvement based on the eval. Open to ages 8-18, all skills levels.
