You may sign up an entire team at once (9-12 players) or register as an individual and we will place you on a team. You can also include a buddy in the notes during checkout to let us know you're bringing a date! 😘
Participants must be 18+, but the tournament is open to all skill levels! Prizes will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place teams.

MORE INFO:
- Individual registrants should bring a white and dark jersey. Teams are encouraged to pick a team name and wear a specific color/theme.
- Once a team is registered, the team captain will be required to send the team's roster to info@gochicagounion.com. Individuals that want to buddy up can also email the info@ account or put a note in at the time of their order.
- All players are encouraged to bring cleats, snacks, and water.
