This 5v5 tournament will take place from 10:30am-2:30pm on Sunday, November 23rd. You may sign up an entire team at once (5-12 players) or register as an individual and we will place you on a team.
Participants must be 9-14, but the tournament is open to all skill levels!

MORE INFO:
- Individual registrants should bring a white and dark jersey. Teams are encouraged to pick a team name and wear a specific color/theme.
- Once a team is registered, the coach will be asked to send the team's roster to youth@gochicagounion.com. Individuals that want to buddy up can also email the youth@gochicagounion.com or put a note in at the time of their order.
- All players are encouraged to bring cleats, snacks, and water.
- Refunds will not be issued within 5 of the event. Any complications or rescheduling due to weather will be communicated to registered participants, and refunds issued at that point if necessary.
