WHAT TO BRING:
- Cleats for playing ultimate on grass
- Tennis shoes suitable for walking
- A water bottle with player’s name written on it
- One set of clothes for ultimate per full day of camp attended
- One set of clothes for non-ultimate activities per full day of camp attended
- Two pairs of pants
- Two outer layers (jacket/hoodie/sweater)
- Socks, undergarments
- Sleep wear / pajamas
- A hat or cap
- Sleeping bag
- Pillow
- Toiletries / personal items (toothbrush, toothpaste, sunscreen, shampoo, etc.)
- Towel
- An appetite for spirit and competition!
OPTIONAL: (bring if you want)
- Flashlight
- Swimsuit for optional activities such as slip-n-slide or lake time
- Board games, cards, toys etc (some provided)
EXTRA: (we’ll provide these items for players, but if you have specific needs perhaps you should bring your own)

Snacks
Cell Phones & Devices
Cell phones will remain in dorm rooms during the day and will be accessible to players:
- Before and after meals
- During scheduled dorm breaks
- Just before bedtime
Coaches may use discretion to limit phone use during group or team activities.
Phones should not be used after 10:00pm. If campers continue using phones late at night, devices may be held until morning. Exceptions can be made upon request.
Medications
Medications will be stored in a secure staff area with refrigeration available if needed.
- All medications must be clearly labeled with the camper’s name and instructions
- Campers will be assisted with medications during:
- Breakfast (8am)
- Lunch (12pm)
- Dinner (5pm)
- Evening quiet time (9pm)
We will coordinate whether the camper or a specific counselor will be responsible for reminders.
